When you have elected to offer the Digital Inheritance Vault service to your clients, you will be able to initiate your use of the service by agreeing to the applicable terms and conditions and by setting up a direct debit so that Safe4 can collect payment for each of the vaults you set up. The pricing for the service has been agreed with the Society of Will Writers. Your contract for the use of the service will be with Safe4 Information Management Limited.
You will be invitated to register as a provider user of Safe4 by means of an email, in this format:
Each invitation can only be used once, to prevent multiple user registrations from a single email. Once the link has been used, any further attempts will result in an error message:
Responding to an invitation: By clicking “Click Here to create an account and access the vault”, a Create Account page appears as follows:
This page offers the options of creating a new account or using an existing account. You should complete the left-hand portion of the screen in order to create a new account.
Create a new account: Complete the required fields, and you will then be directed to the Safe4 login page. Please note that your username will not be visible to you after registration, so you should select a memorable username. It is also necessary to choose a password that has a combination of upper and lower case alpha characters, and also includes some numeric characters as well as special characters such as punctuation marks. Safe4 imposes strict password strength, so you should select a password carefully to be at least “weak” or better.
I already have an account: If your organisation has a number of different provider accounts, for example if you operate with a group of affiliate SWW members or consultants, you will be able to view them all from a single login. If you have already set up an account in Safe4, by selecting the “I already have an account” option from the panel shown above, the invitation to join this vault will allow you to have access to multiple provider accounts from a single login. There is no limit to the number of provider accounts that a user can access within Safe4. Please note that when entering your username and password on this screen, they are BOTH case sensitive. The username entry on the normal Safe4 login page is not case sensitive; the Safe4 password is always case sensitive.
You will be directed to the Safe4 login page, and after logging in you will be shown the vaults to which you now have access.
