Alternative Technologies for using WebDAV

As mentioned in the section on Setting up WebDAV, mapping a network drive through Windows has not proven to be a reliable connection method, as a result of the changes and updates that Microsoft regularly issues for Windows.

Safe4 are able to recommend other methods of achieving successful connections through WebDAV, however. Access to these, and guidance on setting them up, is provided on the pages shown below.

• Cyberduck, for Windows and Mac computers
• WebDAV Navigator, for use on mobile devices
• ExpanDrive, for closer integration with Windows and MS Office applications
